Hi I will be eating at the SLV Harvest Lunch during Rural Philanthropy Days. I shared produce grain and meat lists with the food service directors and others from Green Earth Farm, Chokurei Farm and Earth and Sky Foods from Mark Jeffs... Mark Lara at North Conejos School just harvested pounds of food out of his school garden...This is so fantastic.. It is profound to eat a meal when you know the good story of everything on your plate
